Smudge Publishing creates BOOKS on culinary travel, with an editorial focus on the people behind the restaurants we eat in every day and their recipes.  Always pushing the boundaries, we offer, CREATIVE and PRINTING services, CUSTOM PUBLISHING and CORPORATE GIFTING.

Our Books

The book collection includes over 26 titles, including Flavours of Melbourne, which has been named Best Culinary Travel Cookbook in Australia by the Gourmand World Cookbook awards and received two awards at the Independent Publishers Awards in New York City.

The series has expanded with the launch of their first international title, Flavours of Bali, and with Flavours of Hong Kong, Flavours of Singapore and Flavours of Pittsburgh in the works. The latest release is Flavours of Sydney Edition 2, covering the finest restaurants, cafes and bars within the Harbour City.
